Shipping Policy

At Zhuhee, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, convenient and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains the shipping charges and delivery process for orders placed through www.zhuhee.com.

1. Domestic Shipping — India

We ship orders across India through our logistics and courier partners.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders of ₹699 or above: FREE standard shipping.

  • Orders below ₹699: ₹49 standard shipping charge.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional ₹35 COD handling charge applies to every COD order.

The ₹699 free-shipping threshold is calculated on the final product value after applicable discounts or promotional offers, excluding shipping and COD charges.

2. International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations through our logistics and courier partners.

  • Orders of USD 250 or equivalent and above: FREE standard shipping.

  • Orders below USD 250: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and applicable shipping service.

  • Additional customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply.

International Orders — Prepaid Only

All international orders must be paid in full in advance.

COD is not available for international orders.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

Zhuhee is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import restrictions or local authorities.

4. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

During major sales, festive periods or high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

5. Delivery Time

India

Standard domestic orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

International

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier service and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, public holidays, transportation delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided through the contact details provided during checkout, wherever tracking is available.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

Zhuhee will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

8. Returned or Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, provided an incorrect address or otherwise failed to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-shipment.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photographs and, where possible, record an unboxing video before opening the package.

For damaged, incorrect, missing or short-delivery claims, please refer to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Such issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery and may require an unboxing video as specified in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
